Google Business Profile setup and optimization
Google Business Profile setup puts your business on Google Search and Maps with the right categories, services, hours, photos and service area, so people nearby can find you and call. We set up a new profile or optimize the one you have, in a single job, with everything checked against what you really do.

When the profile is wrong
Without it
- It says you’re closed when you’re open
- The pin sends people to the wrong street
- Half your services are missing
- The phone number is the old one, and the call goes nowhere

With us
- Hours, holidays and service area right
- Directions to your door, or your service area instead of an address
- Every service listed, with photos of real work
- Calls that ring the right phone
Why your business needs to be on Google Maps
If customers come to your location, they look for you on Google Search and Maps first: your hours, your photos, your reviews and the way there. A business that isn’t there, or shows the wrong details, loses the visit to the one that is.
Businesses that go to their customers can qualify too, as a service-area business: Google shows the area you cover instead of an address.

Profile questions
What owners ask before they hand us their profile.
Yes. We set up or optimize your profile once. If you later want someone to keep it updated, we talk about it on the call.
Yes. You stay the owner and we work as a manager you can remove at any time. If you don’t have a profile yet, we create it in your name.
Ask every customer right after the job, with a link to your profile; your CRM can send that text for you. Google doesn’t allow buying reviews or offering anything in return for them, so we never do.
Yes. We correct the address or move the pin, and if you go to your customers, we hide the address and show your service area instead. Some changes need Google to verify the business again.
Only Google can, and only when the review breaks its rules, such as one from someone who was never a customer; we report those. For the rest, a calm and quick reply shows future customers how you treat people.
