Who we are

Let’s Be Marketing is a brand of AS&DL Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Let’s Be,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We provide marketing services: paid ads, local SEO, websites, Google Business profiles, content, social media, GoHighLevel CRM and automation, and WhatsApp AI agents.

This policy covers letsbemarketing.com and the messages we send you about your request or our services.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on our site, book a call or write to us, we collect what you give us:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the kind of business you run and its name or website, when you share them;
• the services you are interested in, your monthly marketing budget and, if you choose ads, your ad budget;
• your preferred language (English, Spanish or French);
• whether you ticked the box to get text messages, with the date, time and IP address of that choice;
• anything else you write to us by form, email, phone, text or WhatsApp.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site:

• your IP address and your browser and device details;
• the pages you view, the page where you started and the site or ad that sent you (including UTM tags);
• your approximate location, worked out from your IP address;
• information from cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

How we use it

We use your information to:

• answer your request and schedule your call;
• send you emails and, if you opted in, text messages about your request, your call and our services;
• send your request to the team member who speaks your preferred language;
• provide and manage the services you hire us for;
• understand how the site is used and improve it;
• measure how our own advertising performs;
• keep the site secure and block spam and fraud;
• meet our legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you choose to get text messages from us, we may send:

• messages about your request, such as times for your call, confirmations and reminders;
• service updates and support messages;
• marketing messages, only if you agreed to them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You can also write to hello@letsbemarketing.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Entering a phone number alone does not opt you in: we collect consent for text messages through a separate checkbox on our forms, which is never ticked for you.

Mobile information sharing statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• website hosting;
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is sent by a person and not a bot;
• GoHighLevel, the CRM where we keep contacts, conversations and appointments, and the phone, text and email providers it uses;
• analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta, when we measure visits and our own ads.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Cookies and tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, to:

• remember your preferences;
• understand traffic and how the site is used;
• measure how our marketing performs.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it, where the law allows;
• withdraw your consent to marketing emails or text messages at any time.

To make a request, email hello@letsbemarketing.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we answer. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; to stop texts, reply STOP.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Our Terms cover the use of this site, our text-message program and our client agreement.
