Getting started and pricing
Where do I start if I need more than one thing?
On the free call we look at your business and tell you what to do first. Often it’s the website or your Google profile, sometimes ads.
Can I hire just one service?
Yes. Many clients start with one and add more when it pays.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes: the US, Canada, France, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Bermuda and the Bahamas, in English, French or Spanish.
Who owns my accounts?
You do: your website, your ad accounts, your Google profile and the contacts in your CRM.
How long until I see results?
Ads can bring leads in the first week; search and content take months. We tell you which to expect for each service.
How do you work with me?
You talk to the founders from the first call through every strategy and performance review, with a specialist team behind them.
Can I start with just one service?
Yes. Start with the one your business needs most, often the website or your Google profile, and add more when it pays.
Why do some services show only a starting price?
Because the full job depends on your business: a plumber in one town and a remodeler in three cities need very different work. Content, social, your Google profile and on-page SEO show where they start; we price the rest on the call, in writing, before you decide.
Is the ad budget included in the $1,000?
No. Your ad budget is paid straight to Meta, Google, TikTok or OpenAI on your own card, so you always see what was spent.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum is three months, because that is how long ads need to learn and leads need to close. After that it runs month to month.
What does the Paid Ads setup cover?
Building the campaigns, the forms, your pipeline and the automatic follow-up in your CRM, before the first ad runs.
Is the call really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, no slides and no contract. If we’re not a fit, you keep the advice.
Can the call be in Spanish or French?
Yes. The call can be in English, Spanish or French, whichever you prefer.
What should I have ready?
A rough idea of what you spend on ads and how many leads you get each month. If you don’t run ads yet, bring your questions.
Paid ads
Which platform should I start with?
The one your customers already use. Urgent services usually start on Google, recruiting and med spas on Meta. We decide it with you on the first call, with your numbers.
How much should I spend on ads?
Most clients start with $500 to $2,000 a month, paid straight to the platform on your own card. We would rather start small, learn what a lead costs you and grow what works.
How soon do the leads come in?
The first leads often arrive in the first week, and how many depends on your budget. The cost per lead settles after a few weeks of data, which is why the minimum is three months.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Your ad account stays in your business’s name, and the contacts and history in your CRM are yours to keep.
Can you run job ads?
Yes. We declare them in Meta’s Employment special ad category, which reaches every adult within at least 15 miles of each city, and we write them in English, Spanish or French.
Local SEO and Google Business
How long does local SEO take?
Most businesses see movement on the map in the first two to three months, once the profile and the listings are fixed. Busy cities and trades take longer, which is why we track your rank every month.
Do I need an office address?
No. A business that goes to its customers can rank without showing an address: Google shows the area you serve instead. We set it up that way when you work from home or from a truck.
How is it different from Google Ads?
Ads put you at the top while you pay for each click. Local SEO earns the spots on the map and below it, which cost nothing per click. Many clients run both: ads first, local SEO for the long run.
Can you guarantee the first spot?
No one can, and anyone who does is guessing. We promise the work every month and a report that shows where you rank, so you can see what it is doing.
Is it a one-time job?
Yes. We set up or optimize your profile once. If you later want someone to keep it updated, we talk about it on the call.
Do I keep ownership of my profile?
Yes. You stay the owner and we work as a manager you can remove at any time. If you don’t have a profile yet, we create it in your name.
How do I get more reviews?
Ask every customer right after the job, with a link to your profile; your CRM can send that text for you. Google doesn’t allow buying reviews or offering anything in return for them, so we never do.
My pin is in the wrong place. Can you fix it?
Yes. We correct the address or move the pin, and if you go to your customers, we hide the address and show your service area instead. Some changes need Google to verify the business again.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only Google can, and only when the review breaks its rules, such as one from someone who was never a customer; we report those. For the rest, a calm and quick reply shows future customers how you treat people.
Websites
How much does a custom website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, what the site has to do (an online store, bookings, two languages) and the platform. We give you a written quote after the free call, before you decide.
How long does a website take?
Most sites go live in four to eight weeks: planning the pages, writing and designing them, building and connecting everything, and testing it on real phones.
Can you redesign my site without losing my Google rankings?
Yes. We keep what works, move every old address to its new page with a permanent redirect and check Search Console after launch.
Which platform should I choose?
WordPress if you want to edit and blog yourself, Shopify if you sell online, Webflow for design-led marketing sites, and Next.js when the site needs custom features. We recommend one on the call.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is bought in your name, the design and the content are yours, and if you ever leave we hand everything over.
Content and social media
Your CRM, automations and the WhatsApp AI agent
I already have a CRM. Do I need a new one?
Not always. If your CRM answers leads in seconds and follows up on its own, we connect our ads to it. Most service businesses we meet don’t have that yet, and the CRM we build answers, follows up, books and collects payments from one app.
Who owns the contacts?
You do. Every contact, conversation and payment is yours, and if you ever leave, we hand you the export.
Will the AI agent sound like a robot?
It writes like someone who knows your business: your services, your hours and the way you talk. When it isn’t sure, it hands the conversation to you.
Does it work in Spanish or French?
Yes. The texts, the emails and the AI agent can answer in English, Spanish or French, depending on how the lead writes.
What is a WhatsApp AI agent?
An assistant that answers your business’s WhatsApp messages on its own, in seconds: it answers questions, books appointments, sends reminders and passes the chat to your team when a person is needed.
Is it the WhatsApp Business app?
No. The agent runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, the version for companies, with your business verified by Meta. We set it up and connect it to your CRM.
Can it message customers first?
Only people who agreed to receive your messages, and only with templates Meta approves. When a customer writes to you, the agent can answer freely for the next 24 hours.
Does WhatsApp charge for messages?
Meta charges for the messages your business sends, at rates that depend on the type of message and the country. Each number gets 1,000 free replies a month to customers who write to you, and a chat that starts from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad can be free for up to 7 days.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It says so and hands the conversation to your team, with everything the customer wrote, instead of guessing.
Does it speak Spanish or French?
Yes. It answers in the language the customer writes in, English, Spanish or French, and can switch in the middle of a chat.
By industry
Should I start with Google Maps or with ads?
Most home service businesses start with Google Maps and a fast website, because those calls cost nothing per click once you rank. Ads add calls when you need them sooner. We decide the mix with you on the free call.
What if I can’t answer the phone on a job?
Your CRM texts every missed call back within seconds and asks what they need, so the customer waits for you instead of calling the next company.
Do you work with one-truck businesses?
Yes. Many of our clients are owner-operators. The system answers for you while you work.
How do you keep out leads that aren’t serious?
The form asks the size of the job, the timeline and the address before the lead reaches you, and the follow-up asks the rest. You drive out for the jobs that fit.
Why not buy leads from lead marketplaces?
Shared leads go to several contractors at once, so you compete on price from the first call. Your own campaigns bring homeowners who asked for you.
How long do you follow up after an estimate?
As long as the homeowner is deciding: usually several weeks, with texts and emails spaced out so you stay in the conversation without pushing.
Can you show our finished projects?
Yes. Your photos of real jobs go into the ads, the site, your Google profile and your social pages.
Can you run ads for injectables and laser?
Yes, within Meta’s and Google’s rules for health and beauty ads. We write the ads to fit those rules so they keep running.
Will clients really confirm by text?
Most do, because it takes one tap. Those who don’t get a second reminder, and your front desk sees who hasn’t confirmed.
Do you work with our booking software?
Often, yes. Consults book into your CRM’s calendar, synced with Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud. Calendly connects directly and Mindbody through an app from the CRM’s marketplace; for other booking software, we look at it with you on the free call.
Can job ads target by age or ZIP code?
No. In the United States, Meta requires job ads to reach every adult from 18 to 65 and older, of every gender, within at least 15 miles of a city, address or pin. We write the ad so the right people choose to apply.
Can the ads and the follow-up be in Spanish?
Yes. We run campaigns in English, in Spanish and in both, and the follow-up speaks the language the applicant chose.
What happens after someone applies?
Your CRM texts them within seconds, asks your screening questions and offers an interview time from your calendar, with reminders until they show up.
Do you replace our recruiters?
No. We fill their calendar with screened applicants, so they spend the day interviewing instead of chasing callbacks.
Can you advertise legal services?
Yes, within each platform’s rules and your state bar’s advertising rules. We write the ads with you and you approve every one.
Do you handle intake for us?
Your CRM answers the first message in seconds and asks the questions you choose. Your team takes the conversation from there.
Do you work with accounting and insurance offices too?
Yes. The same system works for any office whose clients search, compare and call before they hire.
“More importantly, it converts.”
