The story

What it brought in
Across both agencies, 1,646 people applied in seven weeks, at $1.00 each. Agency B ran two identical versions of its ad side by side: they cost $1.86 and $1.77 per application, so the price holds steady from week to week.
Agency A’s campaigns brought in about 25 hires a month. In 2024, before it worked with us, agency A paid $20.46 per application with a web form and a Meta form, and about 2 to 3 people in 100 clicked its ads. With the new campaigns, 7 to 9 in 100 click.
The challenge
Hotels, banquet halls and event companies call an employment agency when they need people by the weekend. Job boards sent the two agencies a trickle of applicants, and many of them never picked up the phone. Both needed a steady flow of people ready to start this week, from Miami and Fort Lauderdale up to West Palm Beach and Orlando.
What we did
- A one-minute application. Meta lead forms with a few short questions, filled in on the phone without leaving Facebook or Instagram.
- Ads in the crew’s language. Campaigns in English, in Spanish and in both. The bilingual and Spanish campaigns cost between $0.73 and $0.99 per application.
- The Employment special ad category. Every campaign was declared as an employment ad, so it reached every adult and every gender within at least 15 miles of each city, as Meta requires for job ads in the United States.
- Follow-up in seconds. Each application lands in GoHighLevel, which texts the applicant, asks the screening questions and books the interview.
What comes next
Both agencies keep their campaigns running. The same system also works beyond hotels and events: in July 2026, agency B reached people for maintenance, office, shipping and labor jobs at about $0.20 per click.
